Professor Nareen Young is a distinguished leader in Indigenous education and workplace diversity. As the Associate Dean (Indigenous Leadership and Engagement) at the University of Technology Sydney, she leads the Jumbunna Indigenous Education and Research Institute’s Indigenous People and Work Research and Practice Hub. Her extensive experience includes over 15 years as a CEO in the not-for-profit sector and significant roles with Diversity Council Australia, NSW Working Women’s Centre, and various advisory boards. Professor Young’s contributions have been recognised with numerous awards, including the Westpac 100 Women of Influence honour for Diversity.
